Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will be considered used even if the order is cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of Bullmaxxx Nutrition products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or delivered.
  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:
    • Stomach discomfort, headache, or similar issue
    • Taste preferences or differences between brands
       We strongly recommend consulting your physician before purchasing nutritional products.

Damaged/Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, please email us at  indiawaale35@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include the following in your email:
    • Unboxing video
    • Images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number
  • We will review the issue and respond within 48–72 hours.
  • Do not use the product until the complaint is resolved.
  • Do not accept shipments that appear tampered or damaged at the time of delivery. No return/replacement will be processed in such cases.

Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, please contact customer support. We will either:
    • Reship the order (subject to availability), or
    • Process a refund in the form of voucher code or Bullmaxxx credit points

Payment Policy

  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • If payment is deducted but you don’t receive confirmation, please contact our support team with:
    • Transaction details
    • Email address and contact number
    • Ordered product details
    • Debited amount

At Bullmaxxx Nutrition, we strive to provide a seamless and customer-friendly experience. However, we have identified some accounts that misuse our return and exchange policy by frequently refusing shipments, requesting unjustified refunds, or making repeated returns.

To protect the interests of our genuine customers, our support team reserves the right to review and take appropriate action on such cases based on internal assessment.
